Please allow 7-10 business days to process your order. If you need your order before 10 days please make sure to specify in the notes when you check out in “request by” column. Most orders are completed within the 7 day time frame.

Rush order fees will apply to orders accordingly: 

2-6 Days in Advance $25

****THERE WILL NOT BE ANY 24-HOUR ORDERS****

All orders must be picked up. If you need your order dropped off there will be a $20 service fee.

We do NOT meet for orders that have selected Pick-Up. If you are not able to pick up your order, shipping is an option.  Please note that the shipping fee rate varies.

Being that all items are customized/personalized there will be no refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!! 

Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an email confirmation and invoice for payment. All invoices must be paid before services are rendered. Please note that we have a 7  to 10 day turnaround time. An additional fee will be charged for expedited orders.

We accept all major credit cards and cash.
